We are the team. Each "cell" of our team knows how to achieve results. Each of us is
talented and is a professional. We are the team.
This can be the words by which we are starting each new day, but it is not completely true.
Yes we are professionals and that means only one thing - we are planing each our step. We are
planing and doing all according our plans. Software development is a discipline of the mind
and body that force us to plan mostly all. And we are doing that each week, each day, each hour.

We have a full development cycle, "but who has not it in our days?". Just be sure that we
are on the same page here. Our development cycle involves: Knowledge Base system which we use
for sharing knowledge inside the team; Version Control System - where we store our source code
and all change we doing with it; Continue Integration System - system that helping us to automate
building and testing activities; Bug Tracking System - software that helps us to track issues
and solve them fast; Support System - web site forum and e-mail; Requirements Tracking System -
system that helps us to track customers feedback, requests and requirements. Add to this "cocktail"
staff that try to be highly responsive to all suggestions and requests and you will got only 50%
of our development process. Other 50% makes experience, expertise, knowledge and communication.
I hope you catch the idea how we are working inside the company. We plan and we work according to plan,
we achieve results according to plan and at the same time are "open mind" people that enjoy the
communication with other "open minds".
